Race Spec Cages Ltd, have over 10 years experience specialising in fabricating roll cages for use in all types of motorsport to Motorsport UK (MSUK) technical requirements.
We also design, fabricate and install (or supply in kit form), ROPS, body protection, light bars, load carrying frames for all types and makes of vehicle.
To complement our in house 3D design software, we use the latest state of the art CNC tube bending machines, fabricating outstanding quality roll cages, quickly and efficiently. We only use approved and certified materials to meet MSUK requirements.
From complete custom design and build, to volume trade orders, our friendly and knowledgeable team will find the best solution for your needs.
We produce highly accurate kits for customers to install. Either made using a customer supplied design, or one of our existing popular products, or a mixture of both using our in house design software.
We fabricate internal and external roll cages and roll over protection that will comply with MSUK. Kits are supplied with all the required parts fully notched and ready for assembly.

We can supply or fit anything from half cages, full 6 point cages, exterior or interior cages for track days, banger racing, touring cars, formula cars, drift and drag racing. Trucks Custom Roll Over Protection Light Bars Body Protection
Looking to give your truck a unique look, adding a roll hoop / ROPS or light bar, we can help !
We create rear show hoops and light bars in anything up to 3.5” stainless steel tube to give your vehicle the personal unique customised appeal. We can incorporate spare wheel holders, spotlight brackets and anything else you require. Finished in a raw, powder coated, or sprayed finish.
All ROPS and hoops are made to FIA and MSUK standards, while still maintaining customers design brief.
Land Rover Defender Discovery All 4×4 Off Road
Land Rover Defender, Discovery, or something else? We supply or fit both exterior or interior 6 point roll cages as well as complete body protection systems for any type of 4×4 vehicles, using customers plans and making them into a reality. We have worked with teams entering the Dakar rally, and JLR themselves. Custom designing both hoops and ROPS, and additional bespoke tube work, whilst ensuring MSUK technical aspects are adhered too. Our biggest design and installation challenge to date has been protection for a pair of Glover Tactica 13 tonne bomb proof armoured trucks !
Custom Load Carrying Frames
Our full 3D computer aided design and computer aided manufacture facilities (CAD & CAM) enables us to work with vehicle manufacturers and motor accessory developers for vehicle testing development and custom load carrying accessories. We are able to produce highly accurate quality frames for installation at our unit or for customer installation.
